These terms cover your use of pausebright.com and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them. PauseBright is a brand of SD LLC, 11015 Lochard St, Oakland, California 94605, United States.

WHO CAN BUY

You must be 18 or over and shipping to a United States address. Our products are for adults and are not intended for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

WHAT WE SELL, AND WHAT WE ARE NOT

We sell dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

We are not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this site, in our emails, in our quiz, or in our advertising is medical advice, and none of it replaces a conversation with your own clinician. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, and especially if you are taking prescription medication or have a diagnosed condition. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

THE QUIZ

Our quiz is a product matching tool, not a diagnostic one. It does not assess, diagnose, or rule out any medical condition, and a result is a product suggestion only. Some answers will lead us to suggest you speak to a clinician instead of buying from us. Your answers stay on your device.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Most of what we sell renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel. The recurring price, the billing date and the cancellation method are set out in our Purchase options cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the United States. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, but never for an order you have already placed, and we will email you before a change affects a renewal.

REFUNDS

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms, including the 90 day money back guarantee on your first order.

ORDERS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund it in full, if the product is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot ship to the address, or if we suspect fraud or resale.

OUR CONTENT

The PauseBright name, logo, product names, photography and site copy belong to SD LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
