Refund policy

90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON YOUR FIRST ORDER

If your first order is not right for you, we refund all of it within 90 days of the order date. The whole order, not the smallest item in it. Opened bottles are included. You do not need to return anything and you do not need to stay subscribed to keep the guarantee.

To claim it, email hello@pausebright.com from the address on your order and tell us you would like a refund. We do not ask for a reason. We process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approving it, and your bank may take a few days more to show it.

ORDERS AFTER THE FIRST ONE

Unopened bottles from any later order can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of those items. Email us first and we will send a return address. Return shipping is at your cost unless the order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

DAMAGED, WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS

Email hello@pausebright.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund it, our choice of which, at no cost to you.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Cancelling and refunding are separate. See our Purchase options cancellation policy for how to cancel. You can cancel at any time and still claim the 90 day guarantee on your first order.
